Little Island is a 2.4-acre park built on a pier in the Hudson River at Pier 55, near West 13th Street. It opened in 2021 and sits on more than 100 concrete “tulip” pillars of varying heights, which gives the lawn and paths a rolling shape. It is an independent guide, not run by the park.
